Madison Trammel, M.A. SLP

Madison Tramel is a valued member of the Rooted Speech and Myo team as a licensed speech-language pathologist. She has experience working with individuals of all ages, addressing a wide range of communication disorders across various settings, including school-based services, early intervention, home health, and private practice environments. Madison has extensive training in orofacial myofunctional disorders and continuously pursues continuing education to better support her clients.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, followed by a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. After graduation, she completed a dual clinical fellowship, working at a pediatric private practice while also serving as a school-based speech-language pathologist for Grand Prairie ISD, where she worked with students from Pre-K through 5th grade.

Madison has a special interest in orofacial myofunctional disorders, shaped by her personal experience with a tongue tie, tongue thrust, and open mouth posture. She understands firsthand the profound impact this therapy can have in establishing effective speech, swallowing, and overall oral function. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her clients and finds joy in witnessing their progress and growth.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys traveling and exploring new activities and restaurants with friends and family. She also loves to stay active and has recently taken up running as a new hobby. A Coppell native, she appreciates being close to home—and to her three dogs.
