You’ve achieved a lot — and you’re still not at peace.
Whether you’re navigating leadership pressure, academic demands, or a signficant life transiton, therapy can be a space to recalibrate - not simply cope, but gain clarity, steadiness, and direction.
I specialize in working with driven individuals who appear successful on the outside but privately struggle with anxiety, overthinking, burnout, self-doubt, or persistent mental noise. Many describe feeling “always on” in a world of constant notifications, comparison, and digital distraction.
With a PhD in Educational Psychology and research focused on smartphone dependence, FOMO (fear of missing out), and learning, I bring a unique lens to therapy. I understand how performance pressure, technology overuse, and cognitive overload impact confidence, focus, and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll work to quiet the noise both internally and externally.
My approach integrates evidence-based counseling with performance focused mindset work. I work from a person centered foundation and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with neuroscience informed strategies, to help you:
Reduce anxiety and performance pressure
Strengthen focus and cognitive clarity
Establish healthier boundaries with work and technology
Navigate career and life transitions with confidence
Recover from burnout while building sustainable success
Before becoming a counselor, I worked in executive and academic environments and understand firsthand the weight of high-expectation settings. During my doctoral training, I developed research-informed cognitive performance systems - practical tools I now integrate into therapy to support clarity, resilience, and sustainable success.
Therapy with me is structured, thoughtful, and collaborative. You are the expert on your life; I bring clinical insight and focused curiousity to help you gain clarity, make intentional decisions, and build a life aligned with your values.
I work with adults in person in the DFW area and via telehealth throughout Texas.
For clients who prioritize discretion, I offer a Classic Care Model that utilizes traditional paper records and limits digital storage in accordance with clinical and legal requirements.
If you’re ready to go from worry to winning, I would be honored to work with you.
